What to share
When you enquire, tell Mina your dog’s breed or coat type, age, the service you are considering, when they were last groomed and anything important about their health or previous grooming experiences.
A recent photograph can also help with an initial conversation, although the coat may need to be assessed in person.

Mina will explain the suitable service and price information available for your dog before an appointment is agreed. Where coat condition changes what is possible, she will discuss the kindest practical approach.
