02

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with learning about or contacting our business. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or associated systems, knowingly introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, use it to infringe another person's rights, or use its content unlawfully.

03

Information on this website

We take reasonable care when preparing website content, but general website information is provided for information purposes and may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it should not be treated as professional, veterinary, medical or other specialist advice.

Information about services and availability on this website is intended to help you understand what we offer. An enquiry or appointment request is not accepted until we confirm it. Service information may be changed from time to time, subject to any rights you have under an existing arrangement.

04

Welfare comes first

Mina may pause or stop a groom if continuing would risk a dog’s welfare. A completed style is never more important than the dog’s comfort and safety.

05

Coat condition and matting

Severe matting can make brushing painful. Where clipping is the kindest option, Mina will prioritise comfort over preserving coat length and discuss practical aftercare.

06

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own or have permission to use the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, photographs and design elements.

You may view the website and make reasonable personal use of its content. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially exploit or systematically extract website content without permission, except where the law permits it. Client-supplied photographs and third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

07

Links

We may link to websites or services operated by other organisations. A link does not mean that we control or endorse the external service, and we are not responsible for external websites or their content, availability or privacy practices.

You may link to publicly available pages on our website in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement where none exists. We may ask you to remove a link where it is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

08

Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

09

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general information on this website where specialist advice should reasonably have been obtained, or for loss caused by third-party websites outside our control. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

010

Privacy, cookies and changes

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information. Our cookie policy explains our use of cookies and other storage and access technologies and the choices available to website users.

We may update these website terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you use it will apply to that use.

011

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK in which you live.

012

Appointment terms still to be confirmed

Booking, cancellation, deposit, flea and health-disclosure terms will be added once the business has confirmed one consistent policy. Unresolved terms have been intentionally omitted rather than guessed.
